4th Hole:

The Par 3, 4^th hole was Nearest the Pin 1#  The opening group saw all good tee shots on the 148 yard down hill short hole. The wind was gusting but Flinto whos only previous appearance was here last year stuck the ball about 8ft away. He knocked in to secure a birdie and take 4 points. 14 players followed but nobody could get any closer so the opening prize went to the 20 handicapper.

15th Hole:

Hole 15 was the 2^nd nearest the pin, just like the 4^th the hole in down hill but with a bunker protecting the green and ten yards futher (158 yards) Very consisitent with the irons Flinto planted his shot about 15 foot away. It was a target but looked as if someone would get inside this, however hitting the ball up into the wind to a flag on the right was proving difficult and although Moose was close Flintos shot stayed closest and the prize was his. Not only the first player to win 2 nearest the pins but to also do it on the same day, well done Flinto son.
